Special User Reports
Reference Contents > General Program Functions > Special User Reports
This window opens when you operate Special User Reports from the File menu. From it you can print any custom reports that have been put in your user, group or system settings under the Custom Report tab and given a blank Type. You optionally can have a search class associated with the report.

List |
Lists all special user reports that have been set up as such in the system, server, group and user settings. Click on a report line to select it for printing. |

Ignore search |
To ignore the search when printing and include all records. |

Modify Search |
Click to change the search. |

Cancel |
Aborts the process currently in session. The keyboard equivalent is the Esc key for Windows computers and Command-.(full stop or period) for the Mac. |

Print Report |
Will cause a report to be printed of the subject matter. You can change the Destination of the report by selecting the ‘Report Destination’ menu command. |
