Click to analyse the keyword file for word distribution. This may well take a long time if the file is large. |
The list of all words and the number of references and distribution. Click to view a column distribution below and you can establish where you may be able to suppress words to improve efficiency.
TIP: When you right-click on the upper list. the normal list context-menu contains a Copy Words of Selected Lines function. The words of selected lines will be copied to the clipboard so you can paste them into the Keyword Settings. The KeyWord Search system is very powerful but can be hampered by unnecessary entries that clog up the file. These are often only identified by experience. If you reverse-sort the list by Total All and select line where the words are of no search value, use this context-menu function and paste the words into the “Ignore words list” or the “Files and Fields inclusion list” using appropriate syntax.
