Members of the Caliach team have worked in the manufacturing sector so we understand manufacturing requirements from everyone’s perspective – owners, managers, IT experts and users. It is this understanding that drives us to establish Caliach Vision and future products as standard management tools for small and medium-sized manufacturers.

Managing Director
Simon acquired Caliach Vision in 2020 with a goal to manage Caliach into the future. Simon is also the director of Caliach’s sister company NPIT and has been providing Managed IT Solutions for over 20 years.
Nicholas Kitson
Sales Director
Nick has spent his career in IT consulting from process re-engineering to business analysis. He transitioned into software implementation leading projects across Europe, North America, and Australia, Nick’s focus at Caliach is to help clients revolutionise their operations with automation and AI—driving efficiency, cutting costs, and boosting profitability.
Denholm Butler
Training and Development Manager
Denholm began his career at Caliach in 2020 and soon became the go-to person for anything Caliach related. Denholm brought with him 13 years experience using Caliach in several roles, including Warehouse Manager, Purchasing Manager and Operations Manager.
Julian Newton-Turner
Brand Ambassador
With over 13 years of user experience of Caliach Vision from his previous role as a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager in the Industrial Engineering Manufacturing sector, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the Caliach Vision ERP team.
Iona Butler
Programme Manager
Iona joined Caliach in 2021 as Programme Manager. Prior to this, Iona worked for a manufacturing company where she used Caliach for over 9 years in an Senior Administrator role.
Kieran Butler
Support Engineer
Kieran brings hands-on experience using Caliach Vision across a variety of roles, including Warehouse Manager, Lead Quality Inspector, Manufacturer, and Purchasing Assistant. Kieran is here to support clients effectively and create clear, user-friendly training materials to make the most of Caliach Vision.

Developer
Steve has a wealth of experience as a Development Head and Team Lead. Steve specialises in full end to end solutions from windows apps all the way up to fully scalable web systems with full disaster recovery. His expertise lies in the small business sector.
Jerome Stephan
Developer
Jerome has been working with Caliach and NPIT for over 10 years. His main specialty is building dynamic websites linked to databases using Microsoft .Net and Microsoft SQL Server.

She is a VMware and Microsoft certified professional with over 20 years’ experience and a strong background in a multitude of technologies.
