Marketing Toolbar

The Marketing data maintenance Marketing Toolbar functions are, in most cases also functions in the Marketing Menu.

Icon	Text	Function
	Find	Find a Contact by index
	Previous	Previous Contact
	Next	Next Contact
	Update	Update the datafile with changes you have made to the record.
	Event	Add an event to the Contact record
	Add	Add a new contact record.
	Copy	Copy the current Contact record.
	Delete	Delete the current Contact record
	Clip Address	Copy Name and Address to Clipboard
	List	Show Listing window
	Letter	To print a standard letter to the selected contact. This function will open the Standard Letter Selection window.
	Envelope	To print an envelope for the selected contact.
	Label	To print a 4×4 label for the selected contact. This function will open the 4 by 4 Label Position window.
	Print	Print contact details.
	Mailable	Print copies of letters, envelopes, labels, etc. to all mailable contacts as well as the default or selected contact. For further notes on this feature see the Marketing Contact Report Selection window. This tool controls both printing functions from this toolbar, from the Marketing List Options Menu window and from the Marketing Contact Report Selection window.
	Tool Text	Toggles the tool texts on this toolbar.
