Marketing Contact Report Selection
This report setup window provides you with the ability to choose a range of selections, sort order and report types.
NOTE: This window contains fields introduced with version 5 that enable additional search (and sometimes sort controls), such as Adhoc extra where. For more help on their use and examples see the Client-Server SQL Introduction help.

Enter a selection in the Marketing Business Selection subwindow. |

Choose the field for the primary sort of items on the report. |

Select a report type. Any custom reports entered in the Settings will appear at the bottom of the list. |

Print Report |
Will cause a report to be printed of the subject matter. Right-click to change the report destination. |
TIP: All reports that involve the choice of a single contact (such as a letters, envelopes, labels, etc.) will choose the default contact unless the Mailable tool on the toolbar is set on. In this case, the report will print for the default contact and all other contacts that have the mailable flag set for them.
CUSTOM CAPABILITY: For the report to be considered to require a single contact it must contain a class method called $DefaultContact which must return kTrue if a single contact is required and the Tip above is applied. If kFalse is returned the default contact details are loaded into the DEAFILE fields with DEACONT set to a list of the contact names and positions. The later is useful for listing type reports.
