G/L Account Records Transfer Selection

This window open when you attempt to delete a G/L Account that is active such that other records, such as history or transactions, relate to it. It provides a mechanism to remove an obsolete account from the system while maintaining data integrity.
To complete the dialogue enter the account you want to transfer the records to. You cannot:
1. transfer an account into itself.
2. transfer into a control account set in the ledger manager details.
3. transfer a Trading account into an Asset account or visa versa.
4. transfer into an account with a different currency.
On confirmation any transactions, history and references to the account (Assets, Parts, Sales and Purchase history, subsidiary mappings, etc) will be transferred to the new account.

Aborts the process currently in session. The keyboard equivalent is the Esc key for Windows computers and Command-.(full stop or period) for the Mac. |
