Revert Changes to List

Reverts any changes you have made to data in the list to the data stored on file.

Ctrl+R

Save Changes Made in List

Saves to file any changes you have made to data in the list.

Ctrl+S

Build New List

To build a new list of records from a selection dialog. This function will open the Marketing Contact Selection window.

Remove Selected Lines

Removes the selection of lines in the listing. No data is lost from file.

Invert Selection

Deselect all selected lines in the list and select all currently not selected.

Add an Event

Adds a new event to the selected group of contact records. This function will open the Marketing Event window. That event will be applied to all selected contacts in the list.

Mass Change

To change data en-mass to the selected group of contact records. This function will open the Marketing Mass Change window. Changes will be applied to all selected contacts in the list.

Export

Exports the selected group of contacts. You will be prompted for a file name.

Print List

To print a report of the listing as shown.

Print Selected Full Details

To print a full details report for the selected group of businesses.

Print Selected 4×4 Labels

Prints an address label for each of the selected group of businesses. This function will open the 4 by 4 Label Position window.

Print Selected Envelopes

Prints an address on an envelope for the selected group of businesses.

Print Selected Letters

Prints a standard letter for the selected group of businesses. This function will open the Standard Letter Selection window.
