View QA Results Set

To view a quality assurance result. This function opens the Quality Results Data Maintenance window.

Find

To find a specific quality assurance result set. This function operates on the Quality Results Data Maintenance window.

TIP: Normally, when performing a Find operation the window is cleared of data. Some uses may prefer to change existing window data when doing a Find. This is achieved by checking the Do not Clear Window when Performing a Find default setting in the Settings Maintenance Subwindow window found in File — Preferences — User Settings.

Next

To go to the next quality assurance result set. This function operates on the Quality Results Data Maintenance window.

Ctrl+N

Previous

To go to the previous quality assurance result set. This function operates on the Quality Results Data Maintenance window.

Ctrl+P

Update

To update the quality assurance result set. This function operates on the Quality Results Data Maintenance window.

Ctrl+U

Insert New

To create a new quality assurance result set. This function operates on the Quality Results Data Maintenance window.

Ctrl+I

Delete

To delete a quality assurance result set. This function operates on the Quality Results Data Maintenance window.

Review Part Test Results

To review specific quality assurance test results. This function opens the Quality Assurance Test Results Review window.

Non-Conformance Reports

To review and maintain Non-Conformance Reports of quarantined inventory. This function opens the Non-Conformance Report Details window.

Tracing Sources

To review the source of items that have been tracked. Information is only available where parts have been marked for tracking. This function opens the Tracing List of the Source of Deliveries window and offers you the Trace Selection window for selection.

Tracing Destinations

To review the destination of items that have been tracked. Information is only available where parts have been marked for tracking. This function opens the Tracing List of the Destination of Supplies window and offers you the Trace Selection window for selection.

Print Certificate

To print a test certificate for the currently selected quality assurance result set. This function operates on the Quality Results Data Maintenance window.

Print QA Reports

To print reports for a selection of QA results. This function opens the Quality Assurance Report Selection window with the Quality Assurance Selection subwindow.

Print Non-Conformance Reports

To print reports for a selection of Non-Conformance results. This function opens the Non-Conformance Report Selection window with the Non-Conformance Selection subwindow.
