To bring forward the current Parts ScratchPad list. The list includes all Parts selected in the normal course of processing activity.

To bring forward the current Customers ScratchPad list. The list includes all Customers selected in the normal course of processing activity.

Suppliers

To bring forward the current Suppliers ScratchPad list. The list includes all Suppliers selected in the normal course of processing activity.

GL Accounts

To bring forward the current GL Accounts ScratchPad list. The list includes all Accounts selected in the normal course of processing activity.

Address and Contact Keyword

Address and Contact Keyword search list. This broadens ScratchPads lists to cover all master records that hold addresses and contacts. It allows you to perform several functions, such as printing standard letters, across master records and specific to particular addresses and contacts rather than the normal defaults for the master record. This opens a the Address and Contact Keyword Search window.

Calculator

Opens a simple numeric calculator.

Date Calculator

Opens a date and time calculator.

Language Swap

This function opens the Language Swap Maintenance by Record window or the Language Swap Maintenance by File window, depending on the context of the current top window. See also Language Swap System Introduction.

Open Link

Opens any linked file associated with the currently selected record in the front window. Does nothing if no link exists or there is no appropriate record selected in the front window. See the Introduction to the Linked File System topic for details.

Create Link

Allows you to create a linked file association with the currently selected record in the front window. Does nothing if there is no appropriate record selected in the front window. If successful the Confirm Linked File window will open.
