This window provides options when building a sales potential listing in the Sales Dispatch Potential Review window.

Field

Description

For all items due by

To get information on those items that are due for dispatch by the entered date.

This listing will include all SO Kit Shortages and all SO Line Items that have dispatch due dates of the date you enter and earlier.

Date

Enter a limiting date.

For all items available and due by

To get information on those items that are available and due for dispatch by the entered date.

This listing will include all SO Kit Shortages and all SO Line Items that have dispatch due dates of the date you enter and earlier. However, it ignores part items where Physical stock is insufficient to fill the line item Balance due quantity. If there is more than one line item for a part, all are shown that could be dispatched, even if all shown items can not be dispatched together. SO Exploded Kit items are listed only if the kit can be dispatched in full.

Only in full

This option restricts part item listings to only those where there is sufficient quantity for a complete dispatch.

Ignore SO when only one Non-Stock Part item

This option causes non-part type part items to be ignored if it is the only one remaining on an order listing.

Exclude Bonded Qty

This option excludes bonded quantity so shows only un-bonded balances due.

Only show Orders that can be Completed in Full

This option drops all items from an order if any item in that order is not fully available. Non-part items are assumed fully available in this case. For common parts it allocates availability on an item date and then order total value basis so that for common parts due on the same day the most valuable order gets priority.

For a specific Quotation or Sales Order

To get information on a specific Quotation or Sales Order. You will be asked to select a Quotation or Sales Order using the Select Sales Order window.

For a specific Part

To get information on a specific Part on all orders. You will be asked to select a Part using the Part Selection window.

For all items on confirmed Sales Orders

To get information on all confirmed Sales Order items.

For all items on Quotations and Sales Orders

To get information on all Sales Order and Quotation line items.

For all items available on Quotations and SOs

To get information all Sales Order and Quotation line items where there is some quantity available for dispatch.

This listing will include all Sales Order and Quotation items. However, it ignores part items where Physical stock is insufficient to fill the line item Balance due quantity. For all SO items for a specific Customer

To get information on all quotations, if the Include Quotations checkbox is checked, and orders for a specific customer. You will be asked to select a Customer using the Customer Selection window.

Include Quotations

If checked, quotations are also listed for the specific customer.

Note NOTE: In all cases of Sales Order Exploded Kits falling within your option selection, the kit assembly and all components are included in the listing.

The OK button updates the data you have entered, or confirms the selection and/or processes the function you have called.
