Issue Inventory to Job

To issue parts or ad-hoc items to a Job. This function opens the Job Item Issue and Return window. You are prompted for a Job with the Select Job dialog.

Return Inventory from Job

To return previously issued parts or ad-hoc items from a Job. This function opens the Job Item Issue and Return window. You are prompted for a Job with the Select Job dialog.

Ctrl+T

Job Working

To record operation completion against a Job. This function opens the Job Operation Working window. You are prompted for a Job with the Select Job dialog.

Ctrl+W

Invoice a Job

To raise an Invoice against a Job or part of a Job. This function opens the Job Invoicing and Crediting window. You are prompted for a Job with the Select Job dialog.

Credit on a Job

To raise a Credit Note against a Job or part of a Job that has already been Invoiced. This function opens the Job Invoicing and Crediting window. You are prompted for a Job with the Select Job dialog.

Review Job Performance

To review the performance on Jobs. This function opens the Job Performance Review window. You are prompted for a Job with the Select Job dialog.

Print Job List

To print a Job combined picking list of components and operations. You are prompted for a Job with the Select Job dialog.

Ctrl+P

Print Picking List

To print a Job picking list of components. You are prompted for a Job with the Select Job dialog.

Print Make-To List

To print a Job make-to listing of operations. You are prompted for a Job with the Select Job dialog.

Print Invoice or Credit Note

To print an individual Invoice, Credit Note. You will be presented with a dialogue box in which you can select the document you wish to print. You will be asked to select the Invoice or Credit Note in the Invoice or Credit Note Selection window.

Print Item Reports

To obtain reports of currently undelivered Job or Estimate items. This function opens the Job Item Reports window which contains the Job Item Selection subwindow.

Print Booking Reports

To obtain reports of bookings to Jobs. This function opens the Job Booking Reports window which contains the Job Booking Selection subwindow.
