Advanced Functions: Program Maintenance Reports Toolbar

Find

Enables you to enter a value in an indexed field. With the cursor in the field of interest, execute an OK. The record with the closest match to the entered value will be found and displayed.

Previous

Finds the preceding value of the field alongside. By repeatedly clicking, you can cycle through the file. After the file’s first record, an audible tone will sound and the last record on file will be found.

Next

Finds the next value of the field alongside. By repeatedly clicking, you can cycle through the file. After the file’s last record, an audible tone will sound and the first record on file will be found.

Copy

This will create a Copy of the current record displayed on the window. You will then be able to change the details. Confirm with an OK, or abandon the new record with a Cancel.

Delete

Execute this button to permanently remove the currently selected record from the file. If you are permitted to delete the item, you will be asked for confirmation, otherwise an explanation will be given.

Revert

To revert any changes to the previously saved version.

Save

The OK button updates the data you have entered, or confirms the selection and/or processes the function you have called.

List

List by range selection. It opens the Program Faults, Feature Enhancements, Requests and Reports Listing window.

Print

Print reports.

Register

Email a report direct to your support organisation. The email address you are offered is controlled by the Support Service selected in the Company Details Maintenance window.

Register

Analyse and list accumulated bugs and features against classes recorded in Proposed Action. After analysis this process opens the Program Faults and Feature Enhancements Analyse by Class Listing window.

Load

Enables you to load a record from a text version, typically from the body of an email. It opens the Program Report Text Import window.

Export

Export details for transfer

Import

Import an exported transfer record

Key Refresh

To refresh the key word file contents.
