Environment Designer Toolbar

This toolbar is used only on the Appearance Scheme tab of the Environment Designer window. It is context sensitive to the customisable Scheme Element selected. Each time a scheme element is selected in the window list, the toolbar rebuilds itself to reflect the properties that can be customised in that Scheme Element. Tooltips can be used to make clear to you which property each tool corresponds to.

WINDOWS ONLY: Under MS Windows there is a special font called Omnis Windows System, this accommodates the MS Windows System Font that is different between XP and Vista. Under XP it maps to Tahoma and under Vista it maps to Segoe UI. Uniquely, you can set the Omnis Windows System font to 0pt, if you do that it maps to 8pt Tahoma on XP and 9pt Segoe UI on Vista.
MACINTOSH ONLY: Under Macintosh OSX there are a number of available Theme fonts controlled from the Aqua interface settings. Using these fonts makes sizes fixed.
WARNING: Some characteristics are dependant on other characteristics. For instance, colours and background pattern will not be available when a background theme is set on some platforms. The list selections will be possible but they have no effect on the appearance. Another example would be the line style is only useful with certain border effects.
