Amend Purchase History References
This window enables you to amend references in purchase history and the receipt date.
To use the window Select a Purchase Order. All received line items will be listed. You can then click in any Reference, Account (assuming no Ledgers) or date cell, pause, and change the contents. When you are happy with all the changes, click on the Save Changes button.
If you have the Ledgers license option, the Account column will not be accessible for changes, as this can be amended in the Supplier Invoices or Credits Posting window Invoice Verification pane.
If you have the “Tracked parts must be given a unique history reference” system preference checked, you will not be able to amend the History Reference.

History List |
List of all purchase history on file for the document selected. Click on the column value to amend an Order reference, History reference (except where tracked parts are linked to the unique reference – a system preference), account (non-ledgers only) and receipt date. TIP: To edit cells in the list, select the line and click in the cell and hover the mouse over the cell. I.E. click once and pause with no mouse movement. The cell will then expand into an editable box in which you can enter different data. On leaving the box with any action like a tab or click elsewhere, the data is verified and the list returns to normal with the new data shown in the cell. |
