Stock Transfer

Formalises the transfer of stock from one multi-location to another. Also provides review of historic transfers. This function opens the Transfer Stock window.

Stock Location Maintenance

To change multi-locations en-mass or delete empty locations. This function opens the Transfer Stock window.

Freeze Stock for Stocktake

To freeze current stock physicals to prepare for a stocktake. This function opens the Stocktake Freeze window.

Enter Stocktake Results

To enter the results of a physical stocktake. This function opens the Stocktake Results Entry window.

Print Stocktake Reports

To print reports of or for a stocktake. This function opens the Stocktake Reports window.

Print Stock Valuation Reports

Provides a reporting feature on inventory valuation, based on current or standard part costs. In addition, a valuation of outwork kits in-process with suppliers is available. This function opens the Parts Stock Valuation Reports window.
