Work Centre Mass Change
This window is opened then you operate the Mass Change button on the Work Centre Maintenance window.
It allows you to change the use of a Work Centre on Process Routes and also optionally in Works History. It is to provide for re-organisation of the Work Centres.
You must enter a Work Centre that will replace the selected one on all process routes/work history for the range of parts entered.
WARNING: Take great care. This is not a reversible process and could lead to considerable problems if used inappropriately.
TIP: If you want to delete a Work Centre which has history you cannot remove, set up a dummy ‘obsolete’ work centre and transfer the work history into that before deleting the original work centre.
